HOPE  •  LOVE  •  FAITH

Planting seeds of hope, nurtured by faith, tendered with love

Though unsettling, adversity in this life is guaranteed. As faint as it may be, it is ‘hope’ that has brought you to this page. We seek support, in the hopes that things will change for the better. It is through faith placed in our support network, that we allow others to walk alongside us. Thank you for trusting me to walk with you through this season in your life.

Your brain is an incredible organ that involves intricate and complex processes that often go unnoticed by the conscious mind. A combination of your biochemistry and interactions in this world, leave imprints on your brain that impact your behaviour. Understanding the underlying processes in our brain allows us to explore more effective solutions. Let’s learn to work with your brain, not against it.

I consider my work meaningless, if it is done without love. Unconditional love allows us to come as we are. It is through coming as we are, that we begin to learn true acceptance and love, which in turn, fuels our sense of hope and faith.  Love equips me to bear what you’ll bring to the table, without judgement. Love encourages me to exercise patience as you navigate your emotions, thoughts and concerns at your own pace.  Love allows me to respect your story as valid and important, with kindness and empathy. Love also allows me to prioritize your needs and desires each session. It is my desire to create a space that allows you to direct me when I miss the mark. Taking the next step can be hard so, let’s have a brief chat about how this works, before you commit to anything.
